This piece was for my Drawing II class as part of an exercise in drawing based on something you are obsessed with. My favorite animals are wolves, as they are highly intelligent creatures associated with strength and resilience. Their strong family bonds and pack mentality reminds me of my own relationships with my siblings. I worked with a variety of reference photos from books to understand wolf anatomy, but created the composition from my own mind.
